Welcome! My name is Khe Ching. I’m a Quantity Surveyor and had been working in construction industry (Design-Build) for more than a decade.

I’m involved a lot in doing product comparison and material proposal before submit for a Projects.

These product range from Building Materials, Finishing Materials, Carpentry Material, Furniture, Appliances and etc.

In this, I’m always dealing with various retailer, supplier to acquired tons of product information.

Khe Ching graduated in 2011 from University Tunku Abdul Rahman. He has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) Quantity Surveying.

He passion for analyzing costs and product to ensure that his clients get the best value for their money without compromising on the quality standards.

With his expertise in cost comparison, product selection, product comparison, value engineering, and product analysis, he would able to provide detailed insights for the readers.
